• Service and Fees

The Service allows sellers (“Seller/s”) in possession of hotel reservations by selling said hotel reservations for sale and offer to buyers at a discounted price, offering to minimize loss and maximize profitability. There are no warranties as to the quality of service provided by any hotels visited as result of Reservations that were sold on this Site, nor are we responsible or liable for any damages or costs incurred to a User as a result, or in connection with, a Reservation purchased through any other Service.

• Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or any services contained herein. By using this web site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and may legally agree to these terms of service. FSB assumes no responsibility or liability for any misrepresentation of your age.

• Use Restrictions

There are certain conducts which are strictly prohibited when using the Service and/or Site. Please read the following restrictions carefully. Your failure to comply with the provisions set forth herein may result in the termination of your access to the Service and/or Site and may also expose you to civil and/or criminal liability.

• You may not, whether by yourself or anyone on your behalf:

1. Make any use of the Content on any other website or networked computer environment for any purpose other than as permitted in these Terms, or replicate or copy the Content without prior written consent;
2. Use the Site and/or Service in any way that may be considered as fraudulent, bad faith or inconsistent with other agreements you are bound by, including without limitation by
3. Posting a Reservation on the Site which you do not own the rights thereto or you have sold it to another third party or intend to sell it to a third party following the sale of this Reservation on the Site;
4. Buying Reservations on other websites for sole purpose of reselling such Reservations on the Site; or,
5. Use the Service and/or Site and/or Content for non-personal or commercial purposes (like bulk booking)without express prior written consent; or
6. Infringe or violate any of the Terms

• Sell Reservations

Registration is required on the portal for the first time to sell the reservation with your reservation details, selling price and the user details who will check in as a “Guest”. FSB also provides an option to set the price for you, adjust it until it is sold, available or no longer valid. we will post your reservation on the site for sale. Once a Buyer opts to purchase Your Reservation and pays for the Reservation, we will transfer the Reservation to the Guest’s name and send the Buyer a confirmation of such transfer by email. You hereby authorize us to contact the applicable hotel and/or room provider on your behalf to add the name or change the Reservation to the name of the Buyer or the new guest.

FSB may charge the Service fee as the consideration for providing the services to the seller.

• Buy Reservations

Buyers may purchase Reservations on the Service using a valid payment method. Once a Buyer pays for the Reservation, we will transfer the Reservation on the new Guest’s name and send Buyer a confirmation of such transfer by email. By using the Service, the Buyer provides his consent to FSB to share the Buyer’s and/or Guest’s personal information with Reservation providers and/or hotels in order to change the Reservation to the name of the Guest.

• Refunds and Cancellations

FSB allows Buyers to cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before scheduled check in date and the payment method used to book the Reservation, the amount shall be refunded in the same, according to the terms herein. If Buyer cancels less than 48 hours before check in date, the reservation shall not be refundable.

Refund shall not be paid in the following situations:

1. War, invasion, act of foreign enemy, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, mutiny, conspiracy, military or usurped power, confiscation, nationalization, commandeering, requisition or destruction or damage by or under the order of any government de jure or de facto or by any public or local authority;
2. Any nuclear, radioactive, biological, biochemical, chemical, electromagnetic, toxic, explosive or otherwise hazardous contamination or pollution and terrorism;
3. Any total or partial interruption or reduction in performance or complete outage of power, heating, lighting, water, electricity, utility, internet or any other telecommunication including cable or satellite.;
4. Pandemic or space weather defined as conditions on the sun and in the solar wind, magnetosphere, ionosphere and thermosphere that can influence the performance and reliability of space-borne and ground-based technological systems such as satellite navigation systems;
5. Any insolvency and / or financial default

The cancellation policy may be amended by FSB at its sole discretion.

Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.

• Registration and User Profile

Seller has to register on the website and create a personal profile by filling up the basic information. While registering on the Website, the User will have to choose a password to access that User’s account and User shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of both the password and the account as well as for all activities on the account.

Buyer may buy a reservation without getting himself registered but is it preferred for buyer to get themselves registered for the future purchases.

• Privacy Policy

FSB respects your privacy and is committed to protect the information you share with us. Our policy and practices and the type of information collected are described in our Privacy Policy. If you intend to connect to, access or use the Site you must first read and agree to the Privacy Policy.

• Intellectual Property Rights

You agree that the website and all services provided by FSB are the property of the owner including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents and other intellectual property. You agree that FSB owns all right title and interest in IP and that you will not use any IP for any unlawful or infringing purpose.

In order to make the website and services available to you, you hereby grant the owner royalty free non-exclusive worldwide license to copy, display, use, broadcast, transmit and make derivative works of any content you published, upload or otherwise make available to the website. FSB claims no further proprietary rights in your content.

• Disclaimer and Warranties

FSB does not warrant that the operation of the service and/or site are or will be secure, accurate, complete, uninterrupted, without error, or free from virus attack, worms, other harmful components, or other program limitations.

You agree and acknowledge that the use of the service, the site and/or the content is entirely at your own risk.

• Limitation of liability

In no event shall FSB, including its agents be liable for any damages whatsoever arising from or in connection with your use of the service and/or site, including, without limitation, damages arising from a stay at a hotel for which a reservation was purchased on the site.

FSB shall transfer the booking from seller to buyer of the exact hotel, location, dates, room type, amenities, policy (of hotel), etc. as the Reservation booked by the seller. Buyer must verify the details before buying the booking and in any case, FSB would not be liable for any differences or dispute arising thereof. Buyer should practice due diligence before booking the property.

• Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify FSB and any of its affiliates(as applicable) and hold harmless against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of the Service and/or Site; (ii) your violation of any of these Terms; (iii) any damage of any sort, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, you may cause to any third party which relates to your use of the Service and/or Site (including your violation of any third party rights or any damages incurred on third parties arising out of any transaction made in reliance on the Content contained on the Site); and (iv) any claims for bodily, death or other damages arising out of any transaction made in reliance on the Content contained on the Site.

• Governing Law

Besides, any activity to implement this User Agreement will be gotten the government or state courts situated in Uttar Pradesh, India. You therefore consent to individual purview by such courts, and postpone any jurisdictional, scene, or badly arranged discussion protests to such courts.
