Can I contact the buyer/seller directly?

No. As per our privacy policy, a buyer cannot contact the seller directly or vice versa. All the information pertaining to booking is displayed in the listing. If you wish to know anything further, you can get in touch with our customer care at services@firsebooking.com

Can I share my listing details on social media platforms?

You can share the FSB listing URL on social media platforms.

Where can I review my experience with FSB?

If you’re a buyer, once you checkout and make the final payment, you’ll get an email or a thank-you message. In that message, you will get an option to review your experience. If you’re a seller, you can review your experience after you get the final payment.

Can I sell my concert tickets on FSB?

As of now, we do not have the feature to sell tickets for concerts and sporting events. However, we will add those functionalities soon.

What if my hotel is not listed on the website?

You can only sell bookings of the hotels that have partnered with us. If your hotel is not listed on the website, you cannot sell the booking.

How much time does it take for a hotel to approve my booking details?

As a seller, you’ll have to share your booking details with FSB. Once done, FSB confirms the same with the hotel. This process typically takes 24-48 hours. This is usually earlier since we understand how imporyant timing is in resale of bookings. Rest assured, you get all the notifications on your registered mobile number and email id. 

Why can’t I sell my booking if my hotel is not listed here?

If your hotel is not partnered with FSB, we’d be unable to verify your booking and transfer it to the buyer.

Can I change the price of my listing if I cannot sell it?

A buyer cannot change the price of the listing on his own. You’ll have to write to services@firsebooking.com stating that you want to delete the listing. You can post a fresh booking with revised price.

How much does it cost to post a booking on FSB?

You can display your booking details on FSB free of cost. We charge nothing.

If I am a seller, what details do I need to share with FSB?

If you want to sell your booking on FSB, you have to give us following information:

  • Your contact details including your phone number and email id
  • Share your booking ID.

How can I unlist my booking on FSB?

If you wish to unlist your booking on FSB, you need to write to services@firsebooking.com stating the reason for the same. Your booking listing will be unlisted within 24 hours.

What should be the price of the booking I wish to sell?

There is no such right price of sale. Here are some of the factors that you may consider while fixing the price:

  • Reviews and ratings of the hotel
  • Time of the year; whether it is a festive/peak season or a lean one
  • Price on other booking channels.

What if I cannot sell my booking?

If you’re not able to sell your booking, we suggest you re-look at your pricing. However, even after changing the pricing, you cannot find a deal, you can write to us at services@firsebooking.com and we will look into this.

When does my listing get deactivated?

We deactivate your booking listing after the checkout date or once the booking is sold.

When and how will I receive the payment?

You’ll receive the full payment within 5 – 7 working days the sale of booking. The payment will be credited to the bank account or UPI you provide us at the time of confirming the sale.

Can I sell multiple bookings in one go?

Yes. You can list multiple bookings at once. As and when the listings are approved by the hotel, they will be up for sale.

Buyer

If I have made the payment and confirmed by booking, can a hotel cancel it?

Yes. Hotel has the authority to cancel the booking for any particular reason. In such a case, FSB will refund full money to the buyer. You can expect the refund within 4-7 business days.

Can I book any other hotel amenities on FSB?

No. As of now, you can only book hotel rooms on FSB. For booking any other hotel amenities, we suggest you directly contact the hotel staff.

If I have any doubts, how do I contact the seller?

You cannot contact the seller directly. We suggest you call us at xxxxxxx and get all your queries answered.

Will I get a refund if I cancel my booking?

You will be informed about the cancellation policy at the time of booking. Most resold bookings cannot be cancelled due to the short time frame. If you cancel such a booking, you will not get a refund and neither will you be able to resell your booking on FSB. However, if the hotel has declined your booking due to any reason, in that case, you’ll be eligible to get a refund within 4-7 business days.

Can I buy an international booking on FSB?

Yes. Please contact Team FSB for availability.

Is my payment safe and secured on FSB?

We follow strict banking standards. Our payment partner is RazorPay. All payments are securely processed over HTTPS and your payment information never touches our servers. All the online payments are processed on a third party payment gateway.

Can I expect any discounts and deals while booking?

If you’re eligible for any discount offer, you’ll get to see the discount code during the checkout. Apart from that, we suggest you follow us across social media channels to stay updated with the festive offers and special discounts.

How do I know whether the booking is genuine?

Any booking listed on FSB goes through rigorous rounds of verification before it is put for sale. First, we verify the contact details of the seller. Second, we take the booking details from the seller. Post that, we verify the booking details with the hotel. Hence, all the bookings are actively verified by the hotels and are 100% genuine.

Can you notify me whenever there is a good deal?

We usually share all the offers and deal information on our social media channels. Follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to never miss out on any exciting offer!

Do I have to pay full payment at the time of booking?

Yes. You will have to make full payment along with the tax at the time of booking.

Can I bid for the booking?

No. You cannot bid for the booking. The seller fixes a price, you can buy that booking if you are comfortable with that price.

What if the booking on FSB is for 1 night, but I need 2 nights?

In such special cases, you can contact the hotel for extension and make payment directly to them.

What if I want to make a booking for an extra person?

You can reach out to the hotel in case you have a special request to accommodate an extra person.

How many hotels are registered with FSB?

You can find a list of all our partner hotels when you post a booking. You can also use the search option to find the list of partnered hotels.

As a hotel owner, how do I partner with FSB?

Thanks for showing your interest to collaborate with us. You can write to us and business@firsebooking.com. On our website, you can also navigate to the section – Be a Partner and submit your queries. Our sales officer will get in touch with you at the earliest.

I am a hotel owner. My hotel is a partner of FSB. If some of my rooms are vacant for a particular weekend, can I sell them on FSB?

No. Hotels cannot sell their bookings on FSB. A hotel can only verify the booking details and confirm or decline the buyer’s bookings. 

Why should any hotel partner with FSB?

FSB is a seamless travel marketplace that attracts enthusiast buyers and sellers to find the best deal. As a hotel owner, you get the best of both worlds. Also, you can independently sell your own travel bookings and earn handsome profits. 

Do I need to pay any subscription fee to FSB to register my business?

No. You do not have to pay any fees. You can partner with us free of cost.

How do I register with FSB?

How many travel agents are currently registered with FSB?

More than hundred agents are registered with FSB. 

Can I contact the buyer directly?

No. You cannot contact the buyer directly. All the approvals and actions take place via FSB’s tech platform.

My partner property is already registered with FSB. Can I register that property again?

If your partner property is already registered with us, you cannot register that property again. While registering yourself as an agent, you will have to enter the details of a different property that is not registered with FSB.

Can I sell all the bookings that I have with me on FSB?

First, you will have to update information about all the properties (that are booked via you) on FSB. Once you have registered the details of your properties, you can sell all the listings on FSB.
